Shipping Policy

Wishora ships to addresses within the United States. All products ship from warehouses located in the U.S.

Shipping rates

FREE standard shipping on orders of $49 or more.
Orders under $49: $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping.

The final shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday season, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, for an estimated total of 5–8 business days.

Multiple packages

Because our products ship from different U.S. warehouses, an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as each package ships.

Holiday deadlines

To help your gifts arrive before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 12. Carrier delays during peak season are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.
